To Have and To Hoax by Martha Waters

What a great premise, married and living in the same house yet not speaking to each other but for the ice cold polite conversation when others are around. Violet and James take trying to make the other one crack and give in first to hilarious heights. Their friends at first join in and then when the stakes are too high they start to try and get the two back together, by heaven forbid actually talking to each other. The book is a blast to read and will make the reader want to pick it back up if they should put it down. Knowing there is a happy ending, because it is a rom-com book after all, the best part is getting to the ending with the characters.
