Struggled with if there should be a post on this book. I listed to it while commuting to work, and the language is something that could be done without, however the basic advice and words used were nice to understand. Some simple tips and the science/medicine behind them. If you want good basic skills for dealing with anxiety or depression, this might be a good book to listen to. If you need a refresher for coping skills this might be a good book for you. However, it is hard to recommend the book because how each individual will best benefit and what coping skills will work are different for everyone and that is something mentioned several times. If you are thinking about reading this book – go for it, read the book.
