The Ultimate Retirement Guide for 50+ by Suze Orman

An audiobook that I was listening to while driving to work the last few weeks. While I am not in the age range for this book, the knowledge delivered was what I was interested in. The guidance for what to do when I start reaching this age can help me make decisions before I get to 50+ age range. Each person needs to do what they feel is right for them in the monetary realm, but I am a firm believer in knowledge is power. For financial decisions having more knowledge is always a good investment in time. 

Ms. Orman’s knowledge is delivered in her same no nonsense that her TV show and podcast are known for. The advice is simple and straight forward, while it is too early to know if her advice and guidance will ride out the strange chaos of the year that is 2020. Time will tell, but I think listening to a financial advisor on simple easy financial planning steps is a good thing.

It is up to each reader, or listener, on if they follow any or all of the steps recommended in this book. There is no pressure to do anything, but listening to the plans of successful investors seems like a worthwhile way to spend a commute.
