Hook, Line, and Sinker by Tessa Bailey
Piper Bellinger found her happily ever after in Westport with Brendan, and her younger sister, Hannah, is tired of being a supporting lady and hopes that the trip to Westport will help her with her get a happily ever after too. Hannah has convienced her boss, movie director, Sergei that Westport would be a great filming location for his next film “Glory Daze” and with some help from her best friend Fox she had enough courage to ask to help Brinley, the music coordinator for the film. Hannah’s visit back to Westport opens her eyes to what she really wants in life and that the image and reputation people show others may not always be the what the person is really all about. With her friend Fox helping Hannah make Sergei jealous and giving her confidence to be her own leading lady in her life, why is Hannah’s knack for music suddenly failing her when she needs it most? Hannah figures out what she wants in her life and how to make it work, and manages to bring others around to see what she sees in them. Fantastic book, and while this is a Hallmark with spice book, if Hallmark ever made this book a movie the spicey parts could be left out and it would still be a great story. The biggest disappointment about this book is there is no reason to go back to Westport when you are done reading it.
